Why raise awareness and funds?
Approximately 10% of the U.S. population has a rare disorder. This means that thirty million Americans have rare, chronic conditions, which includes individuals with primary immunodeficiencies (PI).
This is why it is so important to raise awareness and funds. IDF Walk for PI is about advocating, educating, and supporting those affected by PI. To make an impact, we encourage all participants to raise awareness and funds for the PI community.
