Welcome to Alli's Wonderland and our 3rd IDF Walk for PI! Here we are in 2021, and even though we will not be back at Monarch Beach this year, nothing can stop Alli's spirit!

As some of you might already know, after years of battling colds, emergency visits, and surgeries, Alli was diagnosed with a primary immunodeficiency called Common Variable Immune Deficiency (CVID) in 2019. She immediately began receiving immunoglobulin (Ig) plasma infusions weekly to replace the antibodies her body is unable to produce on its own. This past August marked Alli's 100th infusion!

Living with a Primary Immunodeficiency (PI) is filled with uncertainties, but there's nothing stronger than Alli's favorite quote from Alice and Wonderland to inspire her to keep pushing forward, especially as the COVID pandemic continues:

"The secret is to surround yourself with people who make your heart smile. It's then. only then. that you'll find Wonderland."

This year, to promote awareness to the IDF community, Alli's Aunt will be donating all proceeds from handmade scrunchies made with love by @lifeinapin and designed by @kriswongdesign. Please visit http://lifeinapin.etsy.com to shop handmade scrunchies and join us in wearing your "stripes" on the virtual walk to show your continued love and support for Alli.

We appreciate any support and look forward to creating another memorable event for Alli. If you are unable to join us, please also help us spread awareness in donating plasma at plasmahero.org.
